We look for people with ideas that will make jobs not take them; help rather than harm the environment; and promote inclusivity for all. That’s not because we’re nice, (although we try to be), it’s because people, planet and profit are ultimately inseparable, and nurturing one at the expense of the others doesn’t seem to us like a sustainable strategy for growth.
